I had the pleasure of and working with Daniel Mckeon for a few years. He is very professional, honest, and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed. He always answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure about something he always did his research and followed through. He's not some realtors who say yea I'll look into it and then never call you back. He always stays on top of things and always makes time for his clients. Daniel was recommended to us from a family member that works for Coldwell Banker. We needed someone to handle the sale of my father’s condo and we were not living in the area. Daniel had extreme patience with us as my brother struggled with allowing us to sell the property. He also went above and beyond in helping us with all the logistics of getting the place ready for sale and emptying the place out. He is excellent at what he does yet he was always laid-back regarding our decision to move forward with the sale even though he had already invested so much time and energy into helping us. When I decided to sell my house, the housing market was not at its best but, Daniel McKeon did an excellent job of getting the word out there and create traffic. Daniel hosted numerous open houses, always gave me feedback on comments from potential buyers, and made very useful suggestions on how to make small but important improvements to increase my chances of finding a buyer. My house was sold and everything went very smoothly thanks to Daniels expertise. He was sensitive to my needs and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had.
